What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay via bank transfer based on the issued invoice. Please contact us to get more details.
How secure is my payment?
Every payment you’ve made is securely processed over HTTPS. All payment processing is done by a third party credit card processor, so your card details never touches our servers.
Can you issue an invoice for my payments?
Yes, we send you an email for every successful payent you’ve made. Invoices can also be downloaded at any time via the admin portal from the Billing menu, once you are signed in.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, without any charges. Just contact us by email, Facebook Messenger or contact form. Currently, we do not make a refund.
